About Sushi Kyuu
Opened in May 2022, SUSHI KYUU BY SHUNSUI is a sister restaurant of KAPPO SHUNSUI, the restaurant achieved Michelin Tokyo Guide’s Bib Gourmand fame from 2015 to 2017, and Michelin Plate Singapore from 2018 to 2021.
The recipe and the culinary team are supervised by Chef Kuni Shimuta, the executive chef from KAPPO SHUNSUI. We use the freshest and high-quality ingredients sourced directly from Toyosu to serve omakase sushi courses at a reasonable price.
While the course menu is available from 6 pm to 8:30 pm, sake and light snacks time is available from 10 pm onwards on Friday and Saturdays. Various kinds of alcoholic drinks such as sake, umeshu, shochu, and highballs by the glass will be served from $7 onwards. (May 2022)
